I was refunded in the long run after opening a case, even though these are still for sale in their store. In the item not received case that I opened, I stated that I preferred the item, not a refund. Not sure why they opted for the refund over shipping the item that again, they still have for sale. Ugh! Eyeroll.

I figured that maybe they were just some unhinged buyers. The large order never shipped, even though tracking was provided. Package just never made it to the post office and seller ignored every single message I sent them. I guess I should have listened to the previous feedback comments.
