But the 72 tiles inside were magnificently packed against chipping, breaking, or scratching. Multiple layers of bubble-wrap prevented shifting of each stack, and the package used a way bigger box than necessary, with loads of extra packing to absorb impacts. The box got abused in transit, but every tile survived. And more beautiful than the pics!

We appreciated their proactive approach to slight color differences in the tile along with their care and concern. Shopping was quick and the tile arrived safely.
