    The seller was fair in accepting an offer on a toy which was much less than the price they had listed. Through no fault of the seller, the packaging to the toy was damaged during shipping. The seller packaged the item extremely well, but USPS must have handled it very rough. The seller accepted responsibility and made it right. Other than the packaging, the item was as described.
