    Good price, fast shipping, used ThinkPad T410 arrived well packaged and without any shipping damage. Unfortunately it was completely dead on arrival, but the seller offered apologies and issued me a full refund, and also declined my offer to return the item. I consider this to be fine customer service. I would happily buy from this seller again.

    Hello, the seller was descriptive enough to a point, where after getting the package, which was well packed, and test all 4 speakers, only to find out 3 of the 4 were good, and the other bad, reaching out to the seller of the matter, who understood the problem completely, and partially refunded me, without a return of the bad one, and for this, I am sincerely grateful to the seller for doing this, I thank you very much.     I ordered a VCR that was listed as tested working and it came just as described and at a good value. Packaging was padded nicely and it shipped safely. I got it to play old VHS tapes to transfer to computer and I've gone through hours and hours of tapes playing in it with no issues. Great seller. Thanks!
