Seller shipped our itme and we received the coffee maker 4 days AHEAD of time! Unfortunately....the water sensor did not work....we contacted the seller and they sent us a PREPAID return....we shipped it back to them and received another one in 3 days!! Their communication was excellent!! I cannot express how happy we were with this seller!! We received a notice that UPS had confirmed delivery of the item but with no image proof. It was not delivered and nowhere to be found. At our home. It was not until till later in that afternoon that it finally arrived. I made efforts to contact UPS to report the package had not been delivered but that’s not an easy process.
