Seller even had the courtesy to message me personally to inform me of not using a knife to open the package as the squishmallow was vacuum sealed and packed tightly in the box so using a knife might damage the product. Very kind and professional of him to do that, I greatly appreciated it. So with that being said, the item was carefully opened and the quality and appearance was perfect! 👍
