It states, “opened for inspection and repackaged”. I figured they would be put back in the original packaging with the item information. It arrived in 2 plastic bags-no original packaging or product information (washing instructions). I contacted the seller, because I was going to gift the sheets and they look used - no way to tell if they’re new. The sun block is new and works well.. It doesn't leave a white coating or have a funny smell. Over all I'm very pleased with my purchase and the money I saved. I highly recommend this seller.
