    This item had a label created and it wasnt until 5 days later that it was actually with the shipper for me to track. I sent 2 emails asking about the status, both were responded to but I did not get a feeling that the seller cared that the item wasnt with the shipper, I got the feeling that the only reason for the response was to tell me it wasnt their fault. The item was packed with puppy pee pads which provided little protection. The box was damaged and one end was open.

    Thanks for purchasing. Item has 2-3 day processing time and then was dropped off at the shipping center. I updated buyer every step of the way after I called them. Item arrived earlier than fedexs estimate. I stuffed the box full of padding and have had good success with packaging. Thanks for purchasing!

    I ordered my item on the 17th I contacted the seller because the item had not shipped I was advised that the seller had dropped it off and it took another 4 days then it showed as picked up finally. I understand that things happen and sometimes it takes longer to get something shipped but just tell me that it will be delayed. This was for a birthday present that I did not receive in time for the party so I can not say that my experience was positive although the item was as described

    She purchased 17th afternoon 2-3 day processing time so item went out following Monday. Shipping chosen was usps advantage so cheapest and slowest shipping option selected. I called usps and updated her everytime. I even offered to give a refund if it didn't arrive for her birthday party and I was told it didn't matter she was leaving negative feedback, I blocked this buyer.
