There was a small issue from the delivery company but it was swiftly dealt with by the seller, so no hassle for me. Player was a bargain price especially as it included the remote and a scart cable and free postage. Very well packaged so it couldn't move around in the box during transit and protected with bubble wrap. Player and remote work perfectly. Item is exactly as described. Very happy, many thanks!
