It did come on time. It was in great shape the packaging and shipping. I am confused, how did that other item come in the box when everything in the order says it was on time? And right item? The exterior box was cut through (several inches) on one side during shipping, yet the packing paper and internal cardboard wrap on the item kept it unharmed. Additionally, no plastic was used as wrapping material. Thank you.
