However, when I reached out, the seller was very forthcoming and professional. They offered me the choice between a return or a partial refund, and we quickly agreed on a fair refund amount. While I wish the card condition had matched the listing more accurately, the seller’s helpfulness and willingness to resolve the issue made the overall experience fairly positive.

Also I forgot to mention they are very responsive when you have any questions which helped with the process and alerted me when they got a new card in stock that I was searching for, another reason they are 1000/10!
