I have tried to get the company to refund me and after many arguments about it where they refuse to acknowledge they deliberately lied about the material the jacket was made of, they agreed to a refund once I returned the item - to China! Under eBay rules if the item was not as advertised the seller has to pay the return postage - the company claim their label maker is “not working” LIARS
