However, by the time it reached me there was a big dent in the package and so the item arrived broken. It was clear that the damage was not the fault of the seller, but rather of the shipping agent. Communication was excellent, with a refund issued immediately. So, even though my item arrived broken, I have NO problem recommending this seller for any future purchase.
