    The item that I first got was defective, it kept shutting off. But I communicated with the seller and they helped me right away. They paid for the shipping label back and I got a new one! And a $25 comp. They are great at communicating and im satisfied with their service and product. Once the new DJi Pocket came in, it was even better, looked cleaner and newer. I would buy again from these guys!

    This is my fourth purchase from this seller and I have not been anything but impressed with my experiences and purchases. The DJI RC controller arrived very quickly (I ordered on Saturday and it arrived Monday morning.). The controller is absolutely brand new, even though it was listed as used. Not a blemish on it. The seller also sent a 128 GB micro card at no charge. No shipping charges! Just an all around awesome experience. I think we all need to spread the word about this seller. A++++!

    Customer service is A1! Fast response and accommodation was perfect. I needed this item before my flight on Sunday and the seller gave me a couple options, I decided to go with the overnight delivery and it arrived before noon next day. It’s pretty much brand new! No defects most things still in original packaging and some with packaging sticker still on it. I am super happy with the item and thankful for the smooth buy. Secured packaging, and not overpriced like that Amazon listing. Tysm :)
