I have thousands of dollars worth of DeWalt tools and never owned another brand. This tool is similar and the battery is compatible with the other Dewalt tools, but this is not DeWalt owned by Black & Decker that you would buy at Home or Depot Lowe’s.

They have responded and made a very generous resolution and in a very timely fashion. I would do business with them again. And I believe now that the delay in delivery was the shippers fault. I purchased this Dewalt 10 days ago, and tracking shows that the item had NOT been shipped. valcor3476 is ghosting me and won't respond to tracking and ETA inquiries. valcor3476 stated that the ratchet was sent and I should receive it "soon"--that was days and days ago. They are so condescending and lacking of integrity. I now have to get Ebay to take action. I would avoid this seller as I would Covid-19!
