Reviews
"The biggest leadership issue organizations face is creating a culture of committed team members in the new workplace. In Employalty , Joe Mull shows you how to attract and retain star employees that will help your company win in today's world." JIM CLIFTON, Chairman of Gallup "This is the book leaders have been looking for to stop turnover and staff shortages that plague their company! It has never been more important to learn how to create cultures, jobs, and career paths for employees that keep them engaged, and Employalty perfectly captures just that. Packed with expert advice and actionable steps, readers will walk away empowered to create better companies and teams." DR. MARSHALL GOLDSMITH, New York Times -bestselling author of What Got You Here Won't Get You There "Struggling to stay fully staffed? Read this book. Losing top talent to your competitors? Read this book. Baffled by what it takes to energize and engage employees today? Read. This. Book." CY WAKEMAN, workplace drama researcher and New York Times -bestselling author of No Ego " Employalty is a must-read. In it, Joe Mull shares his extraordinary experience catalyzing employee commitment. The lessons learned are tested and actionable. Get it, read it, but more importantly, put his suggestions into action." DENISE HAMILTON, CEO and Founder, WatchHerWork "It's not easy to hire and retain top talent. That's why Employalty should be required reading for owners and executives of businesses, both large and small. Joe Mull provides a clear, simple framework for finding and keeping high-performing employees who will move your company forward." DORIE CLARK, Wall Street Journal -bestselling author of The Long Game and executive education faculty at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business "Work, the workforce, and the workplace are changing so rapidly that many books written about management and talent even a few years ago already feel out of date. Contrast that with Joe Mull's work in Employalty , which is forward-looking and full of timeless wisdom while practical and applicable for today. This is the rare perspective that rightly sees work as an ecosystem, with equal emphasis on being a great boss as to hiring and retaining top quality talent. Every manager and would-be manager, every leader at any level and of any stripe should read this book--as well as every person who wants to make the best moves for their career right now and in the years ahead." KATE O'NEILL, Fortune 500 consultant and award-winning author of Tech Humanist "Joe Mull smartly cracks the employee commitment code in a book that is engaging, clever, and personal. If your organization desires a humane, person-centered employee experience, Employalty is the path forward." DAN PONTEFRACT, award-winning author of Lead. Care. Win. and The Purpose Effect and Thinkers50 Radar, "A forthright, forward-looking employee recruitment and retention manual." -- Kirkus Reviews "Employees do the best job when they believe that they have the best job possible; the provocative, forward-thinking business guide Employalty shows leaders how to get there." -- Foreword Clarion Review "A compact but incisive employer resource examining what it takes to create a workplace that employees never want to leave." -- BookLife (Publishers Weekly) "The biggest leadership issue organizations face is creating a culture of committed team members in the new workplace. Books dust jacket was in far worse condition than shown in the pictures could have been because how it was packaged. While it was shipped promptly, the package was a simple bubble mailer. For collectible books such as this, I’d expect it in a box. I ship books with media mail too and it doesn’t cost any more to use a box instead of plastic mailers. Book did arrive though and the pricing was reasonable.Fairyloot The Forest Grimm by Kathryn Purdie Exclusive Edition Digital Signature (#176931227352)
