What showed up was a heavily used one with a scratched up band and black gummy stuff on the back of the case and it was sent in a cheap, flat, red box. Pretty much the opposite of what was in the auction listing. I did an eBay refund and they complied and sent a label, etc. So, a negative is not warranted. They said something about having the new one and they mis-shipped. Whah? Pretty much unacceptable. Caveat emptor.

Some very special wine glasses for our wedding broke, and I was devastated. I found them through their store, and from start to finish they were amazing. They made a custom listing for me, was very responsive and shipped it out as fast as possible knowing the time crunch we were in. Not to mention, a true packaging expect!
