As a collector I expect the new, undamaged item I paid for. But the seller took six days after payment to ship the item, and packaged it with almost no protection in a padded envelope, causing it to be damaged. Careless. Now I have to waste my time shipping the item back to get a refund. Avoid this dishonest, lazy seller.
