I bought a car model kit and the roof was crushed on one side. I contacted the seller and we discussed me returning the item. I found out that shipping something back to the seller can be more expensive than the initial purchase. I asked for a discount and he was very generous to give me a great discount for what had happened and saved me the hassle of returning the model kit.
