I reached out to the seller about the issue. By the end of the day they had a replacement part in the mail and two days later I had the part in hand.. great communication, product works as described. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I knew that up front. The description only mentioned FHD. However, I could have asked for more details before purchase, so that is on me. Otherwise, the laptop arrived as described. Very well packaged. Just needed some surface cleaning.
