But my concern was that it was shipped in a thin plastic bag without any packing material and it could be damage the quartz glass inside. But everything was good and I am satisfied.

The only thing i would suggest is when packing to wrap up the box better-it is a thin original box (not a shipping hard cardboard ) and it is being thrown by multiple couriers through a network of towns and airports- even cardboard inside caved in a bit when we received it, but the clock seems to be working.
