Thank you for arranging the shipment so promptly after my purchase. I truly appreciate it and will make good use of the item.

I am very sad about that but it has clearly happened in the post and is not your fault as it was so well wrapped! It must have been dropped I think. I will try and superglue it if I can. 🥺 but had to leave you good feedback as clearly not your fault.
