Honestly, I've never had this happen before & if it did happen, I was refunded for not getting the item I ordered. I've been ordering from eBay for over 12 years. I guess it's just my fault for missing the delivery. This is in no way the seller's fault that I didn't get it. His communication was excellent & tried to help me as best he could. I'm very disappointed I don't have what I purchased. Seller was very helpful overall.
