I bought a Mr Buddy 30,000 BTU propane heater from them and they made sure to examine it thoroughly before finalizing the purchase. They pointed out any flaws and made sure I was still willing to go along with sale..Even gave me a slight discount as a gesture..shipped extremely fast.. works great.. item was exactly as described in the seller took the time to send plenty of pictures.... Product was received in good condition, but the package was missing some of the accessories. Granted, the seller does warn about this, but they could have done the work of listing the missing items in the description (the manual does list the contents of the original package).
