It's not a problem for me, as I already have about five pairs of this shoe, so I consider it about 90% as described. The value seems somewhat fair, but the missing insoles now make it seem a little pricey. On a positive note, the shipping was fast; they arrived one day before the scheduled date, and the packaging was solid.
