I ordered a 2 pack but only received 1 spindle, notified seller through ebay communication the same day as received, and received a reply back within an hour. They shipped out not just the 1 spindle I was short but the full 2 pack I had ordered. Notified them on Tuesday, shipped out on Wednesday and I received it on Saturday.
