The sweater was as described, but a little damp inside the plastic wrap when it arrived. It was in protective packaging, so I am unsure how that happened. I didn’t need to contact seller about anything, so I cannot say much about messaging time or response. Shipping cost was a little higher than most, but that’s probably not the seller’s fault. Otherwise the sweater was in lovely condition, and I am very happy with it! Thank you!!!
