No scratches or scuffs, the seller included the screen protector. I like the appearance of the unit, overall a good purchase. This was marked as a new unit and it appears so. It is a Japanese model as can be seen on the packaging. Tracking the package was easy as the seller provided tracking information, and indeed I received it earlier than the mentioned delivery date. Seller had opted for signature on delivery (appreciated).

I purchased the KitchenAid attachment for a shower gift and then learned the bride already had it. I don't have a KitchenAid, and couldn't use it. The price was excellent and shipping was free.
