He allowed me to make a change because of this confusion, that was terrific, and I appreciate it. It was shipped slowly. He claimed to have chipped my cup, but he was still selling a full set and could have subbed that and been more timely. Once it was shipped, it came quickly, just 2 days from Japan to USA. It is exactly as described, and packaged very, very well.

The quality of packaging was very nice and the condition of the item perfectly matched the listing. The item was in fantastic condition and functions exactly as it should.
