Seller sent pictures to help answer my questions. After I bought the shoes, they arrived in less than two days. They were in a box and look brand new, apart from a tiny scuff that was wiped off easily with magic eraser. The seller sent me pictures of the actual shoes and also confirmed that I had 90 days to return the shoes if they had been tried on. I’m very happy with the purchase and thrilled with the price point. Brooks are outrageously expensive shoes so I’m glad that I found this seller. It will be the first place I look from now on.
