Six out of the thirteen items were broken shattered contacted the seller and he sounded like it was my fault and that I had to turn in an insurance claim, I let him know that I didn’t have the information for the claim but he never provided the shipment receipt. I am sorry that USPS damaged the items. I provided the tracking information so the customer could file an insurance claim with USPS which they did not want to do.
