    Although, the seller says "No Returns", I was able to return this because the description and the pictures did not match the actual jacket I received. I am disappointed that the jacket was not as described, but I am happy that the seller recognized the errors in the listing and is accepting the return. On another positive note, the seller shipped the item pretty quickly and I appreciate the "No Hassle" return.

    An absolutely amazing seller. They were incredibly quick to ship the package and it arrived within a couple of days. It was packaged very neatly and worked perfectly upon testing. They were so kind with communication and made me feel important. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future and hope others will do so as well. I wish the seller a merry Christmas and new years for helping me with my order. Without them, I wouldn’t have such a great display for the holidays! Bravo!

    The item is good, as mentioned in the description. The USPS had hiccups in delivering the time. They were supposed to deliver it to STL metro, and the package came to STL P.O. processing center on March 22. But they took it to tKC processing center and kept it there for a few days. Only God knows why the lords at USPS did that. Then it was shipped to nowhere and after a couple of days it went back to KC. Why? Only USPS knows. Finally, it made on 4/1. I can't blame Kenneth for USPS farce/failure.
