I started a refund process and this person became aggressive, argumentative and borderline harassed me until almost 10pm the next day. Called me a scammer, a liar, rude, etc. I contacted Ebay support 3x because of her inappropriate behavior. I expect She'll respond to this review and say I'm lying about this. Icancelled the claim to protect my peace and not subject myself to her any longer. My loss. I don’t have returns in my store and if I would have made a mistake I would have accepted the return. My item was listed correctly as a preowned item and I even said in the description that it had flaws.She was trying to get a partial refund. Say I harassed you but how can I harass someone that won’t even message me back???? You can’t. Open a case just to close it and act like I bullied her into doing so is insane
