Zero care after they have your money seems the program). Gave him several options. The only one he wanted was a free item. Complained in multiple messages how hard it was to send the item back. Yeah it was our mistake. I offered a full refund upon return. Even sent a label. Then offered 10 off the item he received and a discount on the correct item since it was so hard for him to send back. Buyer called me obscene names because a 16 yr old made a mistake. Do better.
