It was a returned item. It had the return sticker still attached to the box. I informed the seller when it arrived incomplete. When he received the return, he only refunded half of my purchase price stating parts were missing. BEWARE of this seller!! I have to wait a whole week to receive it. This seller refused to cancel the purchase within five minutes of my purchase and I have to wait a whole week to receive it through USPS. Never again.
