I contacted the seller right after opening the box and had a response and a full refund within 15 minutes, would not hesitate to order from them again

During shipping, one of the glasses shattered (but it was so well packed none of the shards presented any danger). I reached out to the seller to let them know. The offered a full refund even though I argued for only half. Great to communicate with, said they’d make it right, that these things happen, and they did. The surviving glass is beautiful and has been taken care of.Set of 2 Vintage Hexagon Heavy Base Rounded Roly Body Low Ball Whiskey Glasses (#256618854654)
