I notified them that my item hadn't arrived for several days after when it was supposed to, and after the seller confirmed on their end that ebay showed the same a full refund was issued two days later. Then three days after I received said refund my package showed up. Very nice seller to work with!

Unfortunately the USPS lost it somehow, but claimed it had been delivered. The seller was very responsive and after dealing with the USPS and getting nowhere, I received a refund.
