The seller recommended i return the item for a full refund. Unfortunately this would mean searching again for a device to satisfy my needs. The seller did not have an in-stock ssd to send me. Instead after numerous communications, we agreed we agreed on a reduced price and i purchased an ssd myself. For a large and heavy laptop, the shipping costs were very reasonable. The laptop shipped very quickly. The Seller packed the item very well that allowed it to arrive without incidental issues. The price paid made it a good value. I was able to get the laptop up and running after purchasing an AC adapter, and so far, everything is going okay.
