This was a new cup and after sending pictures to the seller, they were more than accommodating! They sent me the free mailing form to use, I repacked the mug, and mailed it the next day. As soon as the seller received the mug, he credited my account! Very flawless service!! I will purchase from this seller again! This was a manufacturing issue not the sellers!!
