I ordered it on the Wednesday and got a notifcation that it had been dispatched on Friday morning and it arrived about lunchtime that day. The laptop was brand new as described in a sealed box. I am very impressed with it as it is much faster that my old laptop with excellent screen, sound and graphics. The price was very good value at about £700 less than the manufacturer's website. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

The headphones arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described.
