Shipped on time as promised; watched USPS scan it even though tracking never updated. When it stalled, I issued a full refund and offered help up front. Instead I got aggressive, impossible demands for a duplicate of a one of a kind $9 item and hostile caps locked messages. I’ve blocked future purchases, for the first time in my eBay career.
