Contacted them immediately to let them know, including a picture of the product so they could see the mistake. No response. Days later, still no response. Can't send it back. Their page says they accept returns if you pay return shipping. Not going to fix their mistake by paying even more for shipping, especially when they don't respond to verify or acknowledge it in the first place. Lesson learned. Unfortunately on arrival the keyboard had a half dozen inoperable keys. I understand that testing used devices is not straightforward and it is easy to have something like this slip through. The best measure of a seller is how issues are handled and this one was perfect, both of us are very satisfied with the result.
