I was excited and expecting this specific product, because it has sentimental value to my husband and I. However we received the wrong product. The seller has been nothing but amazing!! Not only has it been great communication and a refund was given . The seller admitted to the mistake , about the wrong product being sent. Wonderful and Amazing!!! A refund was processed. HOWEVER! The seller showed their massive integrity by reaching out to the person the hat was sent to, provided a return receipt to them, and when the hat was received back, They would let me know and include an extra hat for my troubles. I have since re-ordered and am eagerly awaiting my hats!
