Rory Culkin stars in this heartwarming Christmas film as Jackson, a 10 year-old boy who creates a story for elderly neighbor Sam (Cronyn) in which Sam is actually Santa Claus and only poses as "Sam" so that he does not attract undue attention. After telling his story to some of his family and friends, Jackson begins to notice that some of his wishes miraculously begin to come true. He soon begins to suspect Sam as the culprit behind this wish fulfillment and begins to think that maybe his made-up story contains some truth after all.
