For 3 days after it shipped tracking said it still was being prepared. I checked it 2 days after it was delivered & again today (22nd) & shows same arrival at destination processing from the 17th. You'd think after 5 days they could update it was delivered 3 days ago. Service was parcelsapp.com. I don't fault the seller for that but it was frustrating not knowing when or if I'd get my item.
