Shipping and packaging were excellent, unfortunately my system could not recognize the game disk. The seller provided a refund immediately! They did not have a way to test the item, so the fact it didn’t work was a very minor inconvenience to me since the seller provided excellent customer service. I will happily do business with them in the future.
