The seller refunded part of the shipping fees which I appreciated. The seller took many photos of the bag and showed a few minor issues which I knew about. The seller did overlook the more extensive staining when photographing the bag. Thankfully most of the stains are on the backside of the bag so I’m hoping to have it cleaned and then I’ll condition it.
