Condition was new with tag and still had protective plastic sleeves covering parts of the bag and had stuffed inner bag as expected with new with tag. It is such a beautiful backpack and I think the value is worth the cost in my opinion as it’s a harder to find design.

Shipping label was printed on the 22nd and only because I contacted them. Store policy states that items ship within 5 days of being ordered. Item didn't actually ship until Dec. 1st - That's 3X store policy!
