I bought a Mr Buddy 30,000 BTU propane heater from them and they made sure to examine it thoroughly before finalizing the purchase. They pointed out any flaws and made sure I was still willing to go along with sale..Even gave me a slight discount as a gesture..shipped extremely fast.. works great.. item was exactly as described in the seller took the time to send plenty of pictures....
