But what impressed me most was her packing and shipping. Not only was each plate meticulously, safely, carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, the inside of the box lined in bubble wrap, the outside of the box was wrapped in heavy waterproof plastic. I was amazed, pleased, and very appreciative of her time, effort, care, and concern.

Note they deal in volume and speed vs. "individualized experiences" 📦 In my case the item was unfortunately received damaged but I contacted the seller and they promptly resolved, no questions!
